BRAND NEW Corwen Tour

Edeyrnion Heritage and Cultural Society (Corwen Museum) and Llangollen Railway are proud to present a BRAND NEW tour to introduce rail passengers to Corwen.

Passengers will board the 10.40 departure from Llangollen Station to enjoy a trip through the Dee Valley to Corwen, arriving at 11.15.

The Corwen Community bus will be on hand to pick up the passengers to begin their tour with their guide.

Taking in the Rhug Chapel and the Rhug Estate Farmshop and Bistro and visiting both the Glassblobbery and the Corwen Museum before boarding the 15.50 train from Corwen back to Llangollen.

There will be two trail dates in June, Wednesday 15th & Tuesday 28th with up to 16 passengers per tour.

The full itinerary is –

Catch the 10.40 departure from Llangollen Station.

The train arrives in Corwen East at 11.15.

Mini bus will collect passengers and drive to Rhug Chapel for 11.30, leaving at 12.15.

Arrive at the Rhug Farmshop and Bistro at 12.25. Leaving 13.50.

Then the Glassblobbery at 14.00 and the Corwen Museum for 14.50.

After this intensive tour there will also be time to visit the town before train leaves Corwen East at 15.50.

The minibus and tour is FREE, there will be a small charge of £2.25 to visit the Chapel and the cost of a return train trip on Llangollen Railway.
