Children from age 3 to age 15 are entitled to the child rate, 16 and above are full adult rate.
Seniors from age 60 are entitled to the senior rate.
Dogs must be kept on a lead and on the floor.

Groups and Parties We offer a 20% discount for parties of 10 or more.
We would prefer advance notice of party bookings, particularly large parties, so we can ensure that adequate seating is available. This is especially true for parties of 30 or more.
A party can have a return journey, or if time is at a premium, a single journey, with their transport dropping them off at one end of the line and picking them up at the other end. If you wish to take advantage of the party bookings facility, please contact the office by email or phone 01978 860979 for further details.
On the day of your visit, please arrange for your party to be at the station fifteen
minutes before your train is due to depart. Free but limited coach parking is available
at Carrog; at Llangollen, coaches must use the town's coach park in Market Street,

Whilst our trains do not provide a buffet, we are happy for you to bring your own food and drink for consumption on the train. If you have a particular need for food to be served, please ask us for a quote.
