Firgrove  is a small Georgian Country House on the outskirts of Ruthin, just 30 minutes drive from Llangollen, Carrog and Corwen. We offer traditional bed and breakfast and have three individually furnished en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor suite is easily accessible for the less mobile and we accept well behaved dogs in this accommodation. Evening meals are available with prior notice and there is a pub within walking distance. We are grade AA 5 Star Gold Award.

Hafannedd is a converted 17th-century woollen mill on the banks of the River Clwyd with three self-catering cottages (Visit Wales 4*) and is located just 10 minutes drive from the new Corwen Station. The beautifully landscaped grounds include seating areas, river access and ample parking. A laundry, drying room and bike storage are available; both units are centrally heated and also have wood burning stoves. Prices include kitchen stocked with basic foodstuffs, linen, wood, free wifi etc. Minimum stay two nights, except in the summer holidays. Station Camp site is a small touring caravan and camping site adjacent to the Carrog Station of the Llangollen Steam Railway. This quiet, level, disabled-friendly site is convenient for many local attractions, including Llangollen Steam Railway; offering visitors the opportunity to leave their cars or camper vans on our site while they take a leisurely steam train ride into Llangollen, where there are many tourist attractions. Also within walking distance is the Grouse Inn, serving food all day and the historic 15th-century bridge over the River Dee.
