Update from behind the scenes
Our services are currently running on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout March but that doesn’t mean work stops on the railway.
Over the last few days the P-Way team have loaded sleepers onto the well wagon at Llangollen and then called at their first location, just prior to Carrog Station, before venturing off to Corwen.
At Corwen the team got stuck in, firstly moving the excess ballast from one end of the station to the other where the rest of the team was jacking and packing at the crossover using the kango hammers.
The weather was good and a lot was achieved.
