Santa Special – Terms and Conditions
Steam train ride from Llangollen to Carrog (renamed Lapland) return.
Children are aged 1 to 15 years old. Adults are aged 16 and over.
Babies under 1 can travel free of charge if on an adult knee. Please ensure when allocating your seating to choose ‘Adult + Baby under 1’ to ensure they receive their gift.
The age of the child needs to be given when booking.
Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your departure time.
Your experience lasts approximately 2 hours 15 minutes.
We regret that dogs (except for assistance dogs) are not allowed on the Santa Specials.
All bookings are final and no amendments can be made. Under certain circumstances, we may amend your booking but will need a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the date of travel. This is at the discretion of the railway, will be subject to a £10 administration fee and availability.
In the event of a mechanical malfunction services may be hauled by a diesel locomotive.
Prices are subject to a 6% booking fee.
