Our Santa Specials have been a beloved tradition since 1991, creating magical memories for families across generations. This event offers more than just a festive day out. With Santa delivering presents to every child onboard, families capturing special moments with Santa in photos, and a ride on a traditional steam train through one of the UK’s most picturesque railways, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Exciting Temporary Volunteer Roles Available:
Elves and Santa’s Helpers
🎄Dress as an elf or wear your brightest Christmas jumper to spread festive cheer!
🎁Help Santa deliver gifts to every child on board.
📷Assist families at our “Lapland” station (Carrog) with photos alongside Santa.
Station Staff
🚂Ensure smooth customer flow onto the platform and train.
👶Assist with prams and buggies to ensure they’re safely stowed.
Stewards
🎉Guide customers to their correct seats, ensuring they are comfortable and happy.
🎟️Assist with selling raffle tickets and exclusive railway calendars to raise funds for the railway.
Hospitality Staff
🍷Serve food and drinks to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
🍬Ideal for people who love to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
